My pap smear report says I have predominance of coccobacilli

my pap smear report says I have predominance of coccobacilli consistant with shift in vagoinal flora. What is this and can i pass this on to my sex partner?

Hello, and I am pleased to help, use of my answers are for educational purposes only.
Coccobacilli is a minor infection - which is not really a problem - and fluconazole is used to treat a yeast infection - so fluconazole will not treat the coccobaccili and you really do NOT need to treat this - but you can use a Probiotic such as RepHresh to help the 'vaginal flora.
