Just about two days ago, my diet is fine and I am regular

the last time you had a Bowel movement was 2 days ago?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
no, had one today ,just that it was difficult getting it out
Expert:  Dr. Owen replied 6 years ago.
Okay - this can be decrease in fluid intake, this could be increase fluid squeezing out of the bowel movement back into your body. This could also be not enough fiber in your diet, perhaps too many vitamins, you might have eaten something that caused a slow movement to bring the food down to your anus -
So, even if you had 1 movement day, that is good, and it not unsual to have this occassional - and usually a stool soften such as Colace is a good way to proceed if this happens more.
