Unlikely Anything happened to you cervix, most likely this is due to trauma of your vaginal walls, which will will heal, you just need to take a bit of rest for about a week from any intercourse.
I would recommend just getting a pelvic exam just in case there were any lacerations in the vagina, but even there were, they usually heal on their own.
