My first ultrasound was positive...

My first ultrasound was positive, i continued to bleed and after five weeks, my follow-up ultrasound was negative but I still feel pregnant. I am still experiencing those signs but the second pregnancy ultrasound was negative- the fetus can not be seen according to the 2nd pregnancy conducted after two weeks of the first test. Before then, I was bleeding little by little. Is it possible that I will be pregnant and the fetus will not be seen by the pregnancy ultrasound. I am worried for etopic pregnancy; though the first ultrasound reviewed pregnacy that was normal.

Did your doctor say everything went out of the uterus?
How is hCG level? Is it going down? Did s/he check it?

No, she only checked and said that she can not see the fetus again; but I continued to experience nausea, breast enlargement, movement in my uterus area, headach, lowerback pain, urination, etc. She said after two weeks, I can make a follow-up on my hormone level. I am having etopic pregnancy or is the baby hiding somewhere?

Once she found a sac in the uterus, ectopic pregnancy is less likely. In vary rare case, you could have a pregnancy in the uterus and a pregnancy in the tube. But you should have a severe abdominal pain at your pregnancy age if you have an ectopic pregnancy.
Another possibility is molar pregnancy. A molar pregnancy happens when tissue that normally becomes a fetus instead becomes a growth, called a mole, in your uterus. Even though it is not an embryo, a mole triggers symptoms of pregnancy. About 1 out of 1,000 women with early pregnancy symptoms has a molar pregnancy. It seems to be a partial molar pregnancy. An egg is fertilized by two sperm. Normally this creates twins. But in a partial molar pregnancy, something goes wrong. The placenta grows into a mole instead. Any fetal tissue that forms is likely to have severe defects. Partial molar pregnancies are often found when a woman is treated for an incomplete miscarriage. As she said, you should have follow-up on your hCG level.

Are there test to confirm whether or not the pregnancy is molar or etopic? Is it also possible for a pregnancy ultrasound to report negative results and after few time, development of a fetus continues to take place. I haven't had or my family lineage does not have etopic, nor molar pregnancy. I am very worried Doctor.

Ectopic pregnancy is unlikely. Molar pregnancy is less likely because ultrasound didn't find anything in the uterus. I am sorry, but I have to say. It is unlikely the fetus is alive. Another possibility is the rest of pregnancy product is still in the uterus because you were bleeding little by little. You would bleed more to expel it. If you don't expel it by the next visit, you need to have D & C to clean up the uterus after the ultrasound and hormone test.

you are rulling out the possiblity that I am still pregnant inspite of all those physical signs I am having?

In the next visit, your doctor needs to make sure you are pregnant or not with the ultrasound and hormone test.
