You already took zithromax. You should be OK for chlamydia. You might be recovering from the infection now. Your discharge seems to be OK. But you have irritation in your vagina. It is not normal. You may have other infections like yeast which often grow up during the antibiotic treatment. Try over-the-counter yeast medication. If your symptom still continues, you should go to a doctor to have your discharge tested to find out the infection.

i had chlamydia 4 months ago. My question is it possible it has come back? Is it normal to have discharge that is white, mucus and creamy with no odor? It does sting...especially after I wipe from going to the restroom. Am I producing too much estrogen? My sex drive has gone up in the past year. I have gone from never caring for sex to desiring it all the time.

It is not easy to tell if you are infected with chlamydia since symptoms are not always apparent. But when they do occur, they are usually noticeable within 1-3 weeks of contact and can include the following:

Chlamydia Symptoms

Abnormal vaginal discharge that may have an odor
Bleeding between periods
Painful periods
Abdominal pain with fever
Pain when having sex
Itching or burning in or around the vagina
Pain when urinating

Did you have the symptoms above? After you took zithroma, are you symptoms getting better?
The amount of vaginal discharge can vary from woman to woman, and the normal color can range from clear to a milky whitish, depending on the time in your menstrula cycle. You may also notice slight changes in the amount and odor of the discharge. For example, there will be more discharge if you are ovulating, breastfeeding, or sexually aroused. None of those changes is cause for alarm. However, if the color, smell, or consistency seems significantly unusual, especially if there is itching or burning in the vagina, you could be noticing a sign of an infection or other condition.
You need to have culture of vaginal discharge. If your chlamydia is found, your partner needs to be treated. Otherwise you will get it again from your partner.
Estrogen increases sex drive. Teststerone which is low in women also increases sex drive. Do you have excessive facial or body hair?
