can you feel pregnancy symptoms less than a week after conception, such as cramping and spotting . its been exactly 2 weeks since a period? plus i rarely have periods so t5his was unusual

Since you rarely have periods, it's highly unlikely that you're pregnant. It's much more likely that your cramping and spotting are due to the fact that you haven't ovulated for a while, which means that your uterine lining didn't get cleaned off with your period. Which means that you can have more bleeding and spotting now. If you want to get pregnant I would see your doctor for some help with ovulating. If you don't, the pill might be a good idea to give you regular periods. Best wishes.
