Normal cromosomal finding in a partial moe is impossible ,never documented anywhere.In your case the diagnosis was wrong as partial mole as of having normal chromosomal pattern.In creased hcg is found in molar pregnancy or twin pregnancy,may be found in ovarian cyst but can be diagnosed easily in the usg.Chance of choriocarcinoma is very very little or frankly no chance in partial mole.This information is not given to the customer.It is better to terminate the pregnancy because of chance of having baby with multisystem abnormalities.Ofcourse amniocetesis or chromosomal study is one option but has risk.

There are a number of cases of twin pregnancies, which yours looks like, with one molar pregnancy and one normal pregnancy. There are also cases where the other pregnancy is not normal. That is what the genetic testing will help you with.

What you stated in your original post was partial mole.I have given all my answer considering it as partial mole.Partial mole and twin pregnancy with one normal fetus and one mole are completely separate entity.In partial mole there must be chromosomal abnormality but in case of molar twin one fetus may have normal chromosomal pattern and the other sac may contain mole which may vanish afterwords.Partial mole and molar twin sometimes confused and must be differentiated before considering any final decision.A good ultrasonologist with help of a high resolution machine can differentiate them very easily.
