What BC pill are you on - which brand?
Could you describe how you take it - for how many days and then stop for how many days before you start the next pack?

It is not normal to go without periods for so long when on the BC pill. You should have got your period between two packs. Although going for 2 - 3 months without periods is OK once in a while, going without periods for this long is not normal.
As long as a woman gets her first menstrual periods before the age of 18 years, it is normal. So in your case, getting it at 15 years should create no problems.
But I believe that you should go off all BC pills for at least 3 months to see if you get your period spontaneously. If you do not, please contact a doctor, preferably an Obgyn for blood tests for your hormonal levels as well as tests to see if you are ovulating normally.
