Gotcha, first thing I would do is DELETE all phones from the Bluetooth pairing settings.

If it’s only in that option, then I am not sure disconnecting the battery will help. It would be the best thing to try since you cannot flash the software or update it without a scan tool though.Have you attempted to disconnect the battery for a few minutes yet.

Yea, your going have to get the software flashed to unfreeze it if that didn’t work. There is no self diagnosis function for the Bluetooth functions.

If the hard reset didn’t unfreeze it, then you need the dealer to do a software flash, it’s a quick 30 minutes job.

I bought the car used without an SD card (or the wrong). The cards showed a Navigation error after 30 seconds of being use. I recently got a new card direct from Nissan that the dealership ordered me based on my Vin. When I put the card in the first time it was a black screen for a while, so I went to remove the card, as I was removing it started showing messages that it was updating. I then put the card back in but had to cancel the update process. I have not been able to get back to the update screens again.
