you will have to check the wire at the ecm and yes there are fuses to the ecm

ok the top of the diagram are all power to the ecm so when you turn the key on you should have 12 volts there except for pin number 4 that is a ground when the key is on power when the key is off

the second diagram is the pic of the ecm connector this will tell you the location of the pin in the connector so match up the wire color and pin number location to be sure you have the correct wire

ok so looks like you have two broken wires the white and blue wire and the red wire . i have never seen the red wire brake but it do run into the same harness and connector as the white and blue one so it can . this wire always brake under the battery area where the harness run down below the radiator . so you will have to remove the battery locate the harness cut it open fine the two wire and pull on then they should come apart then you can locate the other ends and reconnect them

yes that wire don't look too good just fine the red and the white and blue and pull on them but a little muscle into it if they are broken they will come apart

then that red wire may be broken up and not down you have to check that going back to the fuse box inside the car the white one check the going to the relay on the passenger side
