Rear Ac and heater no work.Remove cover and checked fan connection and have intermittant voltage at plug . Fan shaft is free.Fuses good.

Mechanic's Assistant: Have you checked the coolant level? Has there been any leaking from the hoses?

Check yes and it is electrical

2013 NV3500HD

Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?

Yes Fuses and there is intermittant voltage at theplugin at the fan motor.

there is and circutbord on the motor how do you test that. And why is there intermittant power to the pigtail to the motor

the circuit board you are speaking of is the resistor module. if its bad, the fan will still work on the highest speed setting

check for power at the blower motor. if theres voltage, then while checking move the wiring around to see if you lose power

With a test light so far you will have power for a few secnds then somethingturns it off for a few seconds.

You so far system was working. then the blower motor stopped working. and ac worked intermittently. I took to ac shop and they informed me that the system is good on Freon. But it blows the fuse after 2 mins of use.You Today I pulled the resister and found a mouse made a home in the box. I went to junk yard and purchased 2 resisters and 2 blower motors.You I hard wired the blower motor to battery and it functionsYou I replaced resister and the digital control functions from defrost to normal are no AC.You I replaced fuse and it still blows fuse after 2 to 3 minutes.You It is a 1990 300zx non turboYou Also I checked all fused inside car and those are good.You I hope the info I provided can help to pinpoint things I haven't triedYou also I vacuumed the box out so nothing is in there now.
