Hi welcome to just answers my name is ***** ***** the engine light turns on before this happens, have you check for codes ?

Expert:  Ricardo Hohl replied 1 month ago.

Check if the Check Engine Light (CEL) comes on with key on. Check if it has communication with the scanner.
If it has neither, this is common. There could be a corroded splice connection about 8 inches from the battery, under the battery on the White/Blue wire.

Tech Tips:Look for the splice connection to be corroded.
This circuit feeds voltage to the Engine Control Module (ECM) at pins 67, 110 and 112. The ECM is also a common failure with this problem.
