So when you say intermittent spark? What are you referring to? At times it won't start and there is no spark?

won't start, but while checking for spark... I didn't have any then checked again and had a spark. but it was orange and weak not blue

The reason I am asking cause if the vehicle has ever had a Engine or Transmission replaced, there was a old service bulletin for intermittent no start issues after replacement of engine or transmission where if the Mating surfaces between the engine and transmission is not cleaned can cause that issue.

The only thing I have seen cause no start issues on these older Maxima's which can also cause no codes is a bad MAF sensor. If it's not metering air properly the computer may not provide signal to start. I would have the MAF sensor checked for your issue cause it probably still metering air, but not properly.

It would need to properly be checked to verify. With out being at the car, I can't 100% say. But based on all the information I acquired from this, That would be what I would be checking
