Customer Question

my head gasket has blown on a 2006 nissan micra 1.4 liter. the mechanic that replaced it delivered it with coolant still leaking and the engine barely running.
JA: How old are the hoses? And have you tested the actual mix of your coolant?
Customer: i had only had the car a couple of hours. the lower hose and upper hoses were also blown.
JA: Are you fixing your Micra yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: no, i hired a mechanic and the sales lot is involved.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: the engine received considerable heat and according to the mechanic the head was resurfaced before installation of new gasket and head.

Hi my name is ***** ***** am here to assist you.

Can you see where the water is still leaking from.

It normally does not skim if the cylinder head has got too hot.

What has the mechanic said about it please.
