Hello my name is ***** ***** thank you for your question.

If you turn the key to the ON position, is the security light ON solid?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
No, not initially, it is off for about 5 seconds and then stays on solid
Expert:  Jay replied 3 months ago.

That is a key problem.. Do you have any other keys for the car?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
tried them both.
Expert:  Jay replied 3 months ago.

If you tried both keys, and the security light is solid with both keys, then you will need to contact a Mobile Locksmith to come out and program your keys
