the lady has quit giving the instructions and I have to keep glancing over to see what the command is
JA: What is the model/year of your Nissan?
Customer: 2014 Rogue; other than that the Bluetooth works fine
JA: Are you fixing your Rogue yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: haven't tried anything yet. just started Sunday
JA: Will the headlights turn on? Is the battery fully charged?
Customer: to the best of my knowledge; haven't needed the headlights so i'm not sure
