Customer Question

2011 Nissan Sentra - there's something (probably pine needles, etc.) making clicking noises in the blower. I'd like to clean it out...
JA: Where exactly do you think the noise is coming from? And how long has this been going on?
Customer: Left the car parked over the holidays and heard the noise yesterday when I got back. I think it's coming from the blower motor. I only hear it when the fan is on.
JA: Are you fixing your Sentra yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: O
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I dont know where the blower motor is or how to get at it.
