Hello my name is ***** ***** thank you for your question

Do you happen to know if you have any codes?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
I do have 3 codes.
Expert:  Jay replied 9 months ago.

What codes do you have?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
P0447, P0183, P0463
Expert:  Jay replied 9 months ago.

Thank you for the codes.

The P0447 is for the Evap Vent Control valve. So when that valve goes bad, it will throw that code.

The P0183 & the P0463 is for the fuel temperature and fuel level sensor circuit which are both part of the fuel pump assembly. So it could be possible that you are out of gas cause the level sensor is not working properly or the fuel pump is bad.

So that would be the first thing I would check for your issue.

I don't know if this would help with the matter, but this al happened when I drove through a large puddle of water during a rainy day. Could this have anything to do with the malfunction? My tail lights also are non functional as well. No running taillights, hazard, brake, etc.
Expert:  Jay replied 9 months ago.

Maybe.. I would start looking at the IPDM under the hood. That controls exterior lighting.

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
This would be the fuses correct? Could the fuel pump relay have gotten water contamination along with the lighting fuses?
Expert:  Jay replied 9 months ago.

If water saturated that fuse box ( IPDM ) it could certainly cause your issues.
