I have a 1999 Nissan Sentra, The horn doesn't work, I don't think it's the fuse.

If your sure the fuse is not blow have you verified you have power in and out of it?

Please do, the horn fuse is located in the under hood pane, its the #42 fuse (10 AMP). Check it and let me know what you find and we can work from there.

No the fuse isn't the problem. it could be horn it self

You can check that by taking a 12 volt test light and or a volt meter and check for battery voltage at the horn while pushing the horn . If you have voltage there and a good ground and the horn dose not sound then the horn is bad.
