2004 Nissian Altima won't start turns over but won't fire

Customer Question

2004 Nissian Altima won't start turns over but won't fire smells like fuel has no code
JA: Has the vehicle turned into a gas hog? And how does it start -- same as usual?
Customer: we didn't notice it being a gas hog
JA: Are you fixing your Altima yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: we are trouble shooting we have taken in to our mechanic 2 different times and he said he has to have a code to know what to fix
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: i wonder why since we have taken it in 2 other times because we had trouble starting all summer long why didn't the code trip also could it be the crank shaft sensor it has been changed twice before
