if you keep having to add fluid there is a leak

the noise you hear is the air in the power steering pump causing that noise

the key to this problem is finding the leak

these usually are the pumps a line or the rack

get it up in the air and visually find the leak are if its the line change the line if its the pump or the rack then change the pump or the rack

once the leak is fixed and the fluid topped off you will be fine
