Customer: replied 10 months ago.
are you there
Expert:  Gary replied 10 months ago.

Hi there,

Personally, I don't think this the right vehicle to throw a 100k at.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I have a connection with this truck so its the one
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
also I am aware the first step is to change the chassis
Expert:  Gary replied 10 months ago.

Ok, that's fair enough.

I would recomnend you get some conversation happening with a local drag car builder.

Especially one into custom chassis fabrication.

Now it comes down to what engine, placement in the chassis, (how far back), what trans, what rearend, and what class you will run.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Street racing does not go by class. The engine depends on what you say will fit but as many cub in as possible. two 88 turbo chargers and two speed auto trans with trans brake system. No nitrous.

I am from Seattle so do you know a local builder. I really thought you were a builder.
Expert:  Gary replied 10 months ago.

Hi again,

I'm a mechanic in Australia.

I build my own street cars, but factory chassis only.

Our street registered rules are way tougher.

I would talk to racers at your local dragstrip.

2 T88s on a 400+ cube V8, blow thru carbs etc, shouldn't have any trouble making 1500 hp, as long as you can build the driveline to cope.

Hope this helps.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
well that is disappointing. Paid the fee only to find out be what I asked for since you live in the beautiful country,,envy, envy, especially now with a no win election. Clinton will make us go bankrupt and trump might get us into another world war. Oh well. Thanks for your time. Watch out for a racer named Mac Daddy in the near future cause this thing is going to get built.
Expert:  Gary replied 10 months ago.

I am sorry I couldn't give you more info today.

I will agree with you about your election.

I am watching it today, and am very worried for your country and the world.

I'll keep an eye out for Mac Daddy.

Kind regards
