Car won't start. Battery is good. Got a little water in

Customer Question

Car won't start. Battery is good. Got a little water in cylinders and car died. Replaced oil (no signs of water in oil). Removed spark plugs, then blew water out of cylinder with high pressure air. Re installed spark plugs. When I try to start car it does sound like any thing is turning over. It makes a single click noise...
JA: Where exactly do you think the noise is coming from? And how long has this been going on?
Customer: Somewhere around the engine maybe... it started when the car drove into about 10" of water and it died. Car has been dead for a week
JA: What is the model of your '10 Nissan?
Customer: 2008 infiniti g37s
JA: Are you fixing your G37x yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes. See above plus I checked the 10-20 amp fuses
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: That's it. Thank you

if you are getting a single click then your starter has gone bad. have you tried jumping the starter directly?
