JA: What is the model/year of your Nissan?

JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: nothing, yet. wanted good advice
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: yes, I took it to my dealer about a problem with the screen that has my gas and other things on it and was told it was a heat lock. I think something is loose. your thoughts
JA: Has the vehicle turned into a gas hog? And how does it start -- same as usual?
Customer: it starts the same but you are right about the milage
