Customer Question

TCS and SLIP Lights on and car stopped on roadway that was not wet or icy or on incline. I stopped the car since the engine turned off and got to safety before restarting the engine and it started allowing me to proceed. Several hours later, this same thing happened. This is a 2006 Quest. several weeks ago, I had two new tires installed and the wheels alighned. Is this a wheel sensor problem associated with that? Is it safe to drive it to a garage for assistance?

Hello, I'm Brandon - Nissan tech.
Yes, it will be safe to drive the vehicle to the repair shop.

The tech will need to scan the vehicle for trouble code.

Most likely it is a bad wheel speed sensor.

You won't have any issues driving to the shop.

Please rate me positive, Thank you!
