CODE 1490 OR 1491 I FORGET ANYWAY I replaced the valve and checked for a chaffed harness under the wiper luck
JA: Have you checked the fuses? Do you know if there is power to the wiper motor?
Customer: checked the blown to the rear accessory plug wipers have power
JA: What is the model/year of your Nissan?
Customer: 2003 Nissan Altima 2.5s
JA: Are you fixing your Altima yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: ok replacing velve to egr and checked for vacuum, leaks and checked for chaffed harness

These codes are for the Vacuum cut bypass valve. This is part of the Evap system. What valve did you replace? Also I doubt you replaced the EGR valve, cause your car doesn't have one.

I am pretty good at fixing cars and bad at names of parts. Sorry. But this part had two vacuum hoses connected with one electrical plug in held in place by a 12m bolt
