My service engine light was on. took it to autozone and

My service engine light was on. took it to autozone and hooked it up to their computer thing. It came up as engine crank sensor. I had it replaced and my car is still running the same way. I took it back to Autozone today and its still saying the same thing. Im not sure what is going on
JA: Does the vehicle stall at low speeds? Does it sputter?
Customer: its sputtering bad..almost like ive got bad gas..not accelerating good at all..and the engine is running rough
JA: What is the model/year of your Nissan?
Customer: 2004 nissan altima

Customer: yes..if possible. changed the engine sensor
