how much damage to a nissan nv 2500 that was low water flood? this vehicle was in 2 ft, did not get in seats just under them. Just looking for an appromation of what damage could be

Hi Brian,

Does the vehicle still start and drive?

Best case scenario would be strip the inside out to the floor, seats, console, carpet etc.

Dry everything thing out, clean etc, inspect wiring etc, reassemble if all ok.

Worst case would as above plus any wiring or module damage.

Could be all labour as min, to labour plus any electronic issues from water ingress.

Hi Brian,

I would expect that to be the case.

I have seen a lot worse.

I have seen cars written off insurance wise, since the repair cost outweighs the vehicle replacement value.

I have done this type of job a few times, where it make take between 20 and 30 hours.

Are you prepared to accept their quote of $2500 for a total repair?
