I set off my 2004 Nissan Xterra alarm and now car wont start

I set off my 2004 Nissan Xterra alarm and now car wont start I do not have key for doors and no key fob
JA: Have you checked the fob's battery?
Customer: I change battery and still wont work
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes I let it sit for 3 days with battery disconnected I did this once before had to lock doors from inside and I lock and unlock passenger door from inside put key in and it started but Iam not sure how many times I had to do this
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?

Without a key for the door key cylinders or an FOB, disarming the alarm is going to be rather difficult if the vehicle won't start.

is this an aftermarket alarm? will the engine still crank?
