Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are many thing that will prevent the fuel pump from running. The problem may be as simple as a blown fuse, it could be a bad relay or wiring issue, the fuel pump itself, or the engine controller may not be awake to control the pump. The ECM may have failed or it could be missing power or ground.

Have fuses been checked?
Do you have spark?
Have you checked for scan tool communication?
