JA: Have you double-checked the battery? And are the wiring connections to and from the starter in good shape?
Customer: yes, they all look good. power windows open very slowly.
JA: What is the model/year of your Nissan?
Customer: sentra 2013
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: if it is a battery problem, I intend to jumpstart it myself
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: I went out for grocery and came back home to unload. after unloading, the lights just refused to turn off.

Hello my name is ***** ***** thank you for your question.

Is it the front parking lights and rear tail lights that are flashing?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
both front parking lights and rear tail lights are flashing
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Not only that. All inside lights are also flashing. There is a continuous clicking sound at the right side under the hood (facing the car).
Expert:  Jay replied 1 year ago.

That is a sign of a After Market alarm. The parking lights are not part of the factory alarm. If the factory alarm was going off, only the front head lights would be flashing. So what you are going to want to do is see if you can locate the after market alarm control module and unplug it to disable it.
