My 2014 altima radio/navigation screen went black a week ago

my 2014 altima radio/navigation screen went black a week ago i checked the fuse in the fusebox marked for the radio and still no luck. i have unhooked the negitive cable twice with no luck. not sure what to check next????

I'm still looking but this is the first thing I found. Recall/Bulletin

There are several software updates available from the dealer. I would check all fuses. Not just the ones marked radio/nav. If all ok I would suspect a radio/nav unit. Looks like there may be extended warranty coverage as per bulletin. If fuses are good print bulletin and take to dealer. Even if the bulletin does not apply, you would need the proper scan tool to diag.
