I was streaming music through my iPhone to my new Nissan

I was streaming music through my iPhone to my new Nissan Rogue. Stopped at the gas station. When I got back on the road, there is NO audio from either the Iphone OR the radio stations. Turning the car off, then turning it back on will bring back a radio station but I cannot change stations OR get the iPhone to continue playing. Evberything goes dead again. This car is only a month old.
JA: Have you checked the fuses?
Customer: No. As I said it's only a month old.
JA: What year is your Rogue?
Customer: 2016. It just turn over 1100 miles.
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I would like it to just correct itself, hopefully. A glitch perhaps? I had to leave it to go into work and am hoping it will work when I return to the car later. I did see a message on the screen pertaining to the Sirius which said "No Signal"...
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: That's about it. Unfortunately, I do not have my manual with me. It's on my desk at home.

Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery?

I don't think this method is going to work for me. Please cancel and refund my $5 good faith deposit. As the car is only a month old I will contact the dealer.

Yes this is what needs to be done .If you want to cancel you need to contact customer service.This is exactly what the dealer is going to do and most likely charge you .
