License plate light not working - replaced bulbs
JA: Just to clarify, what are the exact lights you're talking about?
Customer: rear license plate - 1995 supra
JA: What year is your Supra?
Customer: 1995
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: check all fuses engine and side panel
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?

The License plate light should share the same power source as the tail light so if there working its not a fuse concern. Start first with checking to see if you have power at the light on the green wire as well as a good ground on the gray/white wire. See the link below for reference to the wiring diagram.
