P0430, Just had the car tuned up... what 02 sensor is

i have not tried to clear the code as of yet. so if i do and it comes back i want to target the proper components...i.e.the sensor or the catalyst

Hi. The p0430 indicates that the cat is not efficient anymore. Replacing the 02 sensors will not fix this code. You need to replace the bank 2 (front) cat converter.
