Hello my name is ***** ***** thank you for your question.

Humor me and lets try this. Disconnect the negative battery cable for 15 mins, then connect it and see if the radio starts to operate as it should again.

Let me know

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Jay , did that 3 times and overnight 1 time but i'll try again

my issue could be seen at this link below

I have a few thoughts. But I normally like to start with a hard reset. Some times it can get Frequency Jammed. So I try to do the reset first. So let me know if this works. Make sure it's 15 mins disconnected!!

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

ok but see link I sent you ,it's important

Thanks

I am not disregarding it. I am very aware of Nissan Radio's and GT-R's. I always do my own steps to isolate the issue.

Should I plug it in then do the battery deal ?

Expert:  Jay replied 1 year ago.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Expert:  Jay replied 1 year ago.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Expert:  Jay replied 1 year ago.

That is up to you.. Lets just get everything connected try it. I also want you to try a CD if you have one. I want to see if you have sound with the CD player and not the radio.

The radio works, it just had no sound correct? You don't hear a pop when key is turned on, correct?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

I tried cd no sound , the speakers do make the pop noise when I turn car on sometimes

Expert:  Jay replied 1 year ago.

Ahh.. Ok... Now we are getting some where. I have seen when a speaker shorts, it kills the radio sound. So I would unplug each speaker, 1 at at time and see if you have a shorted speaker killing your sound. It sounds like your handy if you had the radio all apart. So you think you can try that?

Unplug 1 speaker, turn it on try it. If not sound, plug it back in and try the next.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have the drivers door speakers unplugged
It's a bitch to unplug all the leakers
Battery connected now
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No sound
What's is C RX (Amp-Audio) means in AV Command diagnostics
Expert:  Jay replied 1 year ago.

The back deck speakers are the most common. The wire touches the metal and can cause the sound to cut out.

Hold on, let me find a image.

Expert:  Jay replied 1 year ago.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
