My key fob is not working and I'm locked out of my car.
JA: Have you checked the battery in the fob? Will the car open with another remote?
Customer: I don't have another remote with me.

Hi, there will be a spare emergency key in your keyfob to use to gain entry.

(Diagram included)

Once you're in the key, you can hold the keybob against the button to start the car.

This is assuming it is the keyfob and not the vehicle battery at fault.
