Customer Question

Just replaced my battery! All electrical works except the engine will not turn over. Re-checked the battery connections & even checked the fuse under the dash. Plus, I misplaced my vintage Haynes manual!
JA: Have you located the fuse box? Have you checked the circuit?
Customer: The fuse box under the dash? Yes pulled the 15A "engine" fuse & it looks fine.
JA: What is the model/year of your Nissan?
Customer: 1995, XE King Cab, 4-cylinder engine.
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Replaced the battery; re-checked the terminal connectors; checked the fuse in the fuse box under the dash.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: It may be time to put this vehicle out to pasture!
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Nissan Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.
