Customer: yes I am a long way from dealer
JA: Great! What have you tried so far?
Customer: ck all fuses. that is it
JA: Have you found the car's fuse panel? Do you know what fuse number you need?
Customer: they are all good using a ohm meter
JA: Is there anything else the Nissan Mechanic should be aware of about your Nissan?

I see, thanks. Do you know if there is power to the DVD player, terminals 15 and 16?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
In vehicle driving now will call you when I stop
Have ck all fuses
Found all OK at one point I was able to get get controller to light up after disconnecting battery lead and reconnecting
Screen would not light up
Turned key off and turn back on and could not get controller to light back up.I am no dummy but this is puzzling.

I see, A phone call would not be in your best interest. I am not able to draw diagrams or give instructions over the phone. It does sound like a communication problem between the DVD player and the video monitor though. Thanks
