Hello, have you checked for exhaust restrictions in the cat by dropping the head pipe or doing a backpressure test?

Already checked. No restrictions to exhaust. Nothing to indicate that it may be an exhaust issue. Smooth idle. Revs normally, shifts through all gears but it is not moving more than 5 mph.

No codes..tps is within the normal range. All sensors are working. Tps. Wsp. Cps. Maf. Every possible sensor on the transmission and engine has been tested. Including tcm, Ecu
