Most commonly this is either a failed fuel pressure regulator or leaking fuel injectors. Crank the engine over a couple of times and then remove the vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator. If fuel drips out the vacuum hose, replace the regulator.
If ok, then you need to pull the injectors and check for leaks and replace all injectors that are leaking
