I removed all4 nuts &abs sensor applied a 5 lb slide hammer and my axle still wont come free anything else I can try?

What kind of car do you have and what axle are you trying to remove?

OK. Sorry for the delay. All that is required to remove that axle is to remove those 4 nuts and use force with a slide hammer to remove it. You are not missing anything as far as that goes.

Were you able to slide hammer that axle out?

There is not any clips inside your differential holding the axle shaft in. If you would like, I can provide you a diagram of all the components on that axle. All that is required is that you remove the 4 nuts and remove it with the slide hammer. It may take quite a bit of force but it will come out.
