Hi there,

Would it be possible for you to take a photo and upload it of the area in question?
Are the actual clips coming off the bottom of the window itself?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
the clips are coming off the bottom of the window. The photo was shot thruough the holes of the door panel. I didn't want to take the panel off just in case I was not able to work on it today. Thanks Mike

HI Mike, sorry for the delay.

You are going to hate me, but if it was my car, i would take the window out and unbolt the clips and head to a glass shop. The epoxy isn't holding them on anymore, so it's either that or try to glue them back on yourself. They will clean up the window and the clips, these shouldn't be loose.

I know it's not the best answer, but it's the way I would handle it.
