There is a high pitch whine from about 45 mph thru 65 mph coming from transmission or rear end, but only during acceleration.

i responded to your LAST question but you never replied.

if you CERTAIN the whine is coming from the rear of the transmission then the main drive gear bearing could be bad. If that's the case you need to take it to your dealer while its still under powertrain warranty. 5yr/60k miles, which is standard powertrain warranty on all nissan models.
