How can I know if my nissan tiida 2008 cvt 1.6 SE model is

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

Most vehicles are wired up to the point of the steering column whether they are equipped with cruise or not. From there, if not equipped with cruise the clockspring will sometimes not have the cruise circuits, and there almost surely would not be any cruise control wiring inside the steering wheel. I don't expect wiring to be present further than the column/before the clockspring, but to know for sure it will require removing the airbag.

You can't visually inspect inside the steering wheel without removing the airbag.
