Has anyone reported having an oversize (shock absorber too )

Customer Question

Has anyone reported having an oversize (shock absorber too long) problem with KYB p/n KG5446 being installed on the front suspension of a 2003 Nissan Xterra?

I am sorry that you have not been helped yet. I just came online and saw your question
I have been installing KYB shocks for years and have installed them in several Xterras without issue.
Assuming the tech was doing the job correctly, either the shocks were boxed wrong, or manufactured incorrectly. I have run across both situations before, but not very often.
