Hello my name is ***** ***** thank you for your question.
How handy are you? The only way to shut the car down when this happens is to disable the fuel and let it stall out. Then disconnect the negative battery cable for 15 mins, and reconnect everything. Or you can drive it straight to the dealer.
Let me know..

It's a friends daughter stuck in downtown Philly. I have a tow/utility truck heading her way.

Ok.. If needed to be towed, give her a bill for the towing, and warranty will reimburse her. This way you can still get paid for your time.
Let me know how you make out when you get there.
