Hello, my name is ***** ***** I'm here to help get your problem solved. I agree this means your catalytic converter has clogged. You can remove front oxygen sensor and install pressure gauge. If pressures goes over a few psi while reving engine then replace the converter. Let me know how it goes or if you have more questions, thanks.

Thanks heard it be a cracked exhaust manifold also?

It could be but that is not as common. It could be any exhaust leak but more likely failed converter. Let me know how it goes, thanks.
