Hi my name is***** you for your question. It sounds like you may be grinding the steering stops when turning and they need to be lubed with a good heavy axle grease, this is a common thing to happen the steering stops get dried up and the nylon covers on the stops grind through then they make a terrible noise when turning sharp and the suspension goes up and down. lubing them good usually takes care of the noise

Is there any way to lube the front suspension ?

can new nylon covers be replaced on steering stops?
Expert:  Rick replied 2 years ago.
I just use a good thick axle grease and paint the stops and the area on the control arms where they rub, I've never replaced the nylon caps just greasing them seems to work fine
