Versa hatchback: OK Tom, third times a charm. 2009 Nissan Versa.

Customer Question

OK Tom, third times a charm. 2009 Nissan Versa. I replaced intermediate steering column, broken front springs. This car still clunks when turning left while accelerating from a stand still or slow coast. My mechanic found a small (8"?) bar that goes from the fender well to ? and he said it looks like it may have had rubber on it at one time. He, and I couldn't find a part name to order a replacement. Any help would be appreciated....

Also, he claims there isn't a second one on the passenger side of car. It seems to be a stabilizer of sorts.

Can you take a photo and post it?

There is one on the passenger side. My car is a few miles away, I'll see if he can email a pic. This may take awhile, should I keep this window open?

You don't have to keep this window open. Take a photo of both sides, too.
